INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

• Posters will be on display for the duration of the meeting.
• Each poster presenter is requested to stand by his/her poster for the discussion 
  
• All posters should be fixed on the board marked with the same number assigned  Abstract Committee.
• Posters can be hanged on from ____________ and should be removed no later than to ______________.
• The Organizing Secretariat will not be responsible for posters that have not been removed by this time.

• Please prepare your poster on a single spread sheet.
• The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 120 cm high.
• The text, illustrations etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet)
• Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
• Put the number of your poster in the top right corner after you consult with the program and check your poster number.
