AFATET E REGJISTRIMIT
Inkurajojme te gjithe dentistet shqipetare te kryejne proceduren e regjistrimit per pjesmarrjen ne kongres, me transferte bankare duke respektuar afatet e poshte shenuara.
VEMENDJE PER DOREZIMIN E ABSTRAKTEVE!
Tarifa e regjistrimit per pjesmarrjen ne kongres duhet te paguhet menjehere pas ardhjes se konfirmimit me e-mail per pranimin e abstraktit.
TARIFAT E REGJISTRIMIT NE KONGRES
Dentistet shqipetare (duke perfshire ato nga Kosova dhe Maqedonia) - 100 Euro (perfshihet pjesmarrja ne sesionet e kongresit, katalogu i eventit, kokteili, Mbremja gala nuk eshte e perfshire) pagese qe duhet te kryhet deri ne daten 15 Mars.
Pas dates 15 Mars tarifa e regjistrimit per mjeket do te jete 140 euro (pa perfshire mbremjen gala).
Studentet- 70 Euro (perfshihet pjesmarrja ne sesionet e kongresit, katalogu i eventit, kokteili, Mbremja gala nuk eshte e perfshire). Pas dates 15 Mars cmimi i regjistrimit per studentet do te jete 100euro (pa perfshire ne cmim Mbremjen Gala).
Regjistrimi per pjesmarrjen ne kongres perfundon ne daten 15 Prill 2012. Pas kesaj date nuk do te kete me regjistrime. Gjithashtu ne ditet e zhvillimit te aktivitetit prane sekretariatit te kongresit, ne Hotel Tirana nuk do te kete regjistrime.

We encourage you to perform registration by bank transfer and in respect of the deadlines written below. If you have any questions please contact us at bass2012@shdsh.org .
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
We encourage all the Albanian Dentist to perform the congress registration by bank transfer before March 15, 2012 .
For all the other dentists across the Balkan countries congress registration fees shall be paid in Euro by bank transfer before 15th of April 2012.
After 15th of April there will be no registration. Also there will be no registration at the secretariat desk during the congress days.
ATTENTION FOR ABSTRACT SUBBMISION!
Registration fee must be paid immediately after abstract acceptance note. (e-mail).
CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEES
Albanian Dentists (including Albanians from Kosovo and Macedonia)– 100 Euro (gala dinner not included)
All THE OTHER DENTISTS FROM BALKAN COUNTRIES - 140 Euro (gala dinner included) participation in all sessions, the event catalogue, cocktails.
STUDENTS - 70 Euro (gala dinner not included) includes participation, the event catalogue, cocktails.

In order to have your registration confirmed, please send proof of payment by e-mail at
bass2012@shdsh.org
The congress certificate will not be issued for the participants who do not pay the registration fee and do not present the scientific paper.
